Solar Dehydration Projects
Solar dehydration of fruits and vegetables is a sustainable method of food preservation that uses solar energy to remove moisture from fresh produce. By reducing the moisture content, microbial growth and spoilage are minimized, allowing fruits and vegetables to be stored for longer periods without refrigeration.
